What can be returned?
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please include proof of purchase or your order number. Gift sets must be returned complete, with every item unopened.

Contact us before shipping anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Return shipping
You pay return postage unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Fragrance returns may require an approved ground service and special packaging. Contact us for instructions before mailing fragrance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it is accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the accepted items. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return. Your payment provider determines when a refund appears in your account.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. Opened-product exclusions do not prevent you from contacting us about a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
